Kuwaiti emir receives phone call from al-Sisi

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Monday a phone call from the Egyptian President Abdelfatah Al-Sisi, discussing the distinguished and deep-rooted relations between both countries.
The two leaders tackled the latest political developments on the regional and international arenas, as Al-Sisi wished His Highness the Amir everlasting health and wellness, and further progress and prosperity to Kuwait and its people, under the wise leadership of His Highness the Amir.
His Highness the Amir expressed to the Egyptian President his appreciation for "this brotherly communication which reflects the historic relations between the two countries." His Highness the Amir emphasized on the Kuwaiti continuous support for Egypt's security and stability, expressing his sincere condolences and sorrow over the victims of Defense Stadium violent clashes, wishing quick healing for the wounded. He also wished Al-Sisi everlasting health and wellness, and further progress and prosperity to Egypt and its people.
