Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah al Ahmed al Jaber al Sabah will head to Britain on Monday to lead his country's delegation in the fourth international donor conference on Syria and the region.
Britain will host the event which will be co-chaired by Germany, Norway and Kuwait.
Kuwait managed to host three Syria donor conferences at the request of the United Nations (UN) to support the humanitarian conditions in the war-hit Arab country.
In a joint communique, Britain, Kuwait, Norway, Germany and the UN expressed their concern for the deteriorating circumstances witnessed by the Syrian people inside their country or in the refugees camp abroad.
They urged the international community to shoulder its responsibility to help more than 13 million displaced Syrians and about four million refugees in the neighboring countries.
The donor conference, which will kick off in February, aims at fulfilling the needs of the Syrians.
