
Minister of Justice and Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Yaqoub Al-Sanea is to leave for Cairo on Fridfay to participate in the first Arab conference for international arbitration.
The Ministry of Justice, said in a statement on Thursday, that the conference is organized by Arab Lawyers Union, Arab Union for International Arbitration and International Arbitration Center.
It added that the conference will tackle many new judicial approaches, their philosophies and their application in comparison to their traditional methodologies.
It will also focus on alternative methods to solving disputes and controversial conflicts through mediation and conciliation.
The Kuwaiti minister is accompanied by the Ministry's Undersecretary Abdulaziz Al-Majed, Assistant Undersecretary at the legal Affairs department Zakariya Al-Ansari and director of the Minister's office Saleh Al-Mekaimi .
Apart from the Kuwaiti Minister of Justice, the conference will see the participation of Saudi President of the Supreme Judicial Council Dr. Mohammad Abdulkareem Al-Issa, and Egyptian Minister of Justice Chancellor Mahfouz Saber Abdul Qadir .
