Kuwait, Oman mull further cooperation

National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim received Wednesday visiting Speaker of Shura Council of Oman Khalid bin Hilal Al Mawali and his accompanying delegation.
Al-Ghanim and Al Mawali held talks on the ways of strengthening cooperation between the two countries as well as coordinating efforts in the international forums.
In a statement by General Secretariat of National Assembly, Al Mawali referred to the visit's positive outcomes, commending his meeting earlier in the day with His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
In a related development, Al-Ghanim held a launch banquet in honor of Al Mawali and the delegation accompanying him.
The Omani speaker has left here, ending up a three-day official visit to Kuwait
