
Arab League Secretary-General Nabil Al-Araby Wednesday met here with Sadeq Marefi, Kuwaiti Ambassador in Vienna and its representative to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
In a press statement, Marefi expressed his gratitude and appreciation to Al-Araby for inviting him to attend the meeting of senior Arab officials interested in the nuclear weapons issues.
His talks with Al-Araby were held on the sidelines of the meeting of senior Arab Officails, the statement said. In the meeting with Al-Araby, Ambassador Marefi discussed with the Arab League chief the latest developments relating to concerns of the Arab group in Vienna and efforts to unify and support Arab decisions inside the international agencies and the UN, especially the issues related to the IAEA.
First Secretary of Kuwait's Arab League mission in Cairo Saud Al-Harby attended the meeting.
