Lebanese president receives Bahraini FM

Lebanese President Michel Suleiman today received Foreign Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Khalifa – on the sidelines of the 24th Arab Summit in Doha, Qatar. The two sides reviewed fraternal relations bonding both countries and peoples, stressing the importance of bolstering bilateral ties for the sake of joint interests. The Lebanese President extended greetings to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, wishing Bahrain further progress and prosperity under its wise leadership. President Suleiman said that Lebanon holds Bahrain and its people in high regard, rejecting any interference in the Kingdom's internal affairs.
