Lebanon's Mufti lauds Saudi patronage of national dialogue

Lebanese Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdullatif Darian on Friday appreciated Saudi Arabia's keenness on sponsoring the national dialogue in Lebanon and other Arab countries.
The Grand Mufti has concluded a visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under an invitation from Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
Upon his return here he said the Saudi King is always keen on sponsoring the dialogues with a view to boosting the national unity of all Arab countries and the Arab solidarity.
The Grand Mufti said he held with Saudi senior officials, foremost among who King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, who showed concern for Lebanon's security and stability.
Regarding his meeting in Saudi Arabia with former prime minister of Lebanon Saad Hariri, Darian indicated that talks were fruitful and important, relaying Hariri's keenness on the success of the freshly-launched dialogue between Hezbollah and Future Movement.
