The 10th meeting of the foreign ministers of Libya's neighboring Sates group opened here on Saturday under Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry.
The group includes Egypt, Libya, Sudan, Algeria, Tunisia, Chad and Niger.
The talks focus on the latest developments in Libya and the obstacles facing the Libyan political process.
The talks tackle regional and international efforts to support all Libyan parties as well as initiatives for confidence building among Libyans and encouraging inter-Libyan dialogue to put into effect the United Nations-sponsored Sukhairat agreement which aimed at ending the Libyan turmoil.
Shoukry will hold a press conference at noon on the outcome of the meeting.
