Libya has deported 241 Sudanese and 34 Chadian illegal immigrants to their homeland.
The head of the center for sheltering and deporting illegal immigrants in the Libyan town of Kafra said Monday the 275 immigrants were deported through the Sara and Owainat crossings.
Sixteen of them had transmissible diseases such as AIDS and viral hepatitis, he said.
Over 1,000 illegal immigrants were deported via the Kafra crossing over the past two months, he said.
