Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab asserted Sunday stability in Libya and formation of a government would contribute to cooperation with Egypt and other Arab countries to push forward the development efforts.
"Egypt stands against all forms of violence and extremism," Mahlab pointed out.
This came Sunday during Mahlab's meeting with a Libyan parliamentary delegation.
Mahlab greeted the delegation over electing the new Libyan parliament, adding that Egypt was looking forward to cooperate with brothers in Libya.
On the other hand, the delegation appreciated the Egyptian support to their country.
The Libyan government was facing difficulties in handling the terror groups, the delegation noted.
The delegation expressed hope that stability in Egypt would help Libya realize its stability.
