
The Libyan national army has made a tactic advance towards Tripoli by capturing al Njilah area, 15 km west of the capital Tripoli, military sources said.
The army units stationed at al Njilah area to continue marching to Tripoli, the Libyan news agency (LANA) cited sources as saying on Saturday.
The Libya Dawn (Fajr Libya) forces retreated from the area after suffering great losses, the sources said.
The strife-torn Libya has two rival governments and parliaments, one recognized by the international community and the other with ties to Daesh terrorist group.
