Speaker of the Libyan parliament Aguila Saleh has hailed as strong relations with Cairo.
Libya's national security is integral to Egypt's, Saleh said in a parliamentary speech in Tobruk on Sunday.
The Egypt Economic Development Conference was a good chance to tell the world community about the Libyan crisis, Saleh said, adding that world leaders have praised the role played by the Libyan parliament and army in the fight against terrorism.
All world countries have stressed political and military support for Libya, he noted.
Saleh talked about his initiative to form a unified Arab force to uproot terrorism, noting that the idea was widely welcomed and will be further discussed in the near future.
Saleh urged the Libyan people to unite in the face of terrorism, stressing total rejection of any foreign interference in Libya's domestic affairs.
