
Lieutenant General Ahmed Gaid Salah, the deputy minister of the National Defence, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army, who paid a working and inspection visit to the Military Academy of Cherchell, emphasized the results achieved in his sector and the continuation of efforts to reach high ranks compatible with the objecting challenges.
“It is by following this ambitious path that our actions achieved their objectives, that our efforts relentlessly continue and reached the expected results,” said Gaid Salah in his speech in a working and inspection visit to the Military Academy of Cherchell "Late President Houari Boumediene.”
He underlined that the commitment of the People’s National Army, “worthy heir to the National Liberation Army, to the spiritual and national values of its country and people is one of the principles rooted in the spirits, for which we have taken oath to never stray from it.”
“They are the foundations of our strength and the lantern which enlightens the way so that our Armed forces can achieve more success factors and sustainable development,” he underlined.
Lieutenant General Ahmed Gaid Salah underlined the “pioneering role” of the Academy in the field of training and teaching, considering that it represents “the spinal column” of the training system of the People’s National Army and “its solid foundation.”
