The Long Live Egypt Coalition has urged political powers and parties to unite behind the political leadership and army to fight terrorism.
Political powers should take practical steps in the fight against terrorism through forming entities to stand up to terrorists, said Hussein Abu Gad, the general coordinator of the coalition.
He also said that those political powers can also come up with suggestions about ways to fight terrorism.
He pressed for a national and popular move to stop attempts by terrorist organizations to shake Egypt's stability and strike its economy.
The terrorist group has shown its ugly face to the Egyptian people; rejecting to merge into the society and attempting to hinder development and economic growth, Abu Gad said in a statement, noting that ordinary citizens pay the price for that.
