Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab on Monday issued a decision authorizing ministers to appoint two to four youths as aides.
Mahlab's decision has specified the job applicants' age to be ranging between 30 to 40 years old in order to activate the role of youths and get them more involved in the decision-making process in the country.
The applicants should be from the staff of their respective ministries or their affiliate units and should have five years' experience in managerial skills, master the English language perfectly and have recommendation letters from their directors, according to the decision.
Mahlab asserted that his decision aims at creating a second and third generation of cadres that are capable of bearing the responsibilities of current governmental missions as well as promoting the qualified figures to elevate the governmental services.
