
Egyptian Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab inspected main drainage station in Beni Ghalib which is established by the Arab Contractors Company.
This came during Mahlab's visit to Assiut governorate where he was accompanied by number of ministers.
The drainage station serves many villages and industrial zones in Beni Ghalib.
For his part, housing minister said that the total cost of this station reached 154 million pounds, adding that its construction is expected to be finished in 30 June, 2015.
He further underlined that there are 3,360 housing units that are being constructed now as part of the social housing program for the low income people.
Meanwhile, Mahlab ordered the local development and planning ministers as well as the governor to open the Sadat Academy for Science and Technology which has been closed since nine years.
