Minister attends youth picnic

Youth and Sports Affairs Minister Hisham bin Mohammed Al Jowder has attended the Youth Creativity Picnic conducted as part of the ministry's all-year-round activities and functions..

The picnic was aimed to serve as platform for convergence of youth to engage in useful hobbies in joyful atmospheres alongside with parents.

The event comes part of spring season's series of activities and events, that includes music shows, sports contests, cooking, children's games, painting and drawing, pottery, restaurant and leadership training workshops for youth.

The minister reaffirmed the ministry's keenness on diversification of youth programmes to ensure the largest participation of youth in the activities provided by the ministry which receive positive response from the participants.
