
Coptic Orthodox Pope Tawadros II received the ministers of youth, social solidarity and health who arrived at St Mark's Coptic Cathedral to offer to Pope Tawadros II condolences over the 21 Egyptian Copts who were beheaded by the Daesh militant group in Libya on Sunday.
The ministers asserted the Egyptian state "is determined to take revenge for its martyrs."
On Sunday, Daesh released a video for beheading 21 Egyptian Copts in Libya.
Sisi warned on Sunday that his country would respond to the "criminal killings" as it sees fit.
