Alexandria Misdemeanor Court decided to be satisfied with the imprisonment period served by 33 juveniles who were sentenced to two to five years in prison.
The court refused in its session held on Saturday the challenge presented by the general prosecution to acquit 10 of the juveniles and decided to place them under legal probation.
The defendants are accused of joining the banned terrorist Muslim Brotherhood (MB) and participating in protests without permission.
They were arrested after taking part in marches calling for the falling of the regime and the reinstatement of deposed president Mohamed Morsi.
The marches caused traffic congestion and intimidating citizens.
The defendants denied participating in protests or joining the MB. Their defense team argued that they were nabbed randomly.
