
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, today arrived in Jeddah, leading the UAE delegation to the 16th Consultative Meeting of Their Majesties and Highnesses Leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council, due to be held in Jeddah later today.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed was received by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Adviser to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, along with a number of princes and senior officials.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid is accompanied by a high-level delegation, including H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs and The Future, Ali bin Hammad Al Shamsi, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Security Council, Khalifa Saeed Suleiman, Director-General of the Department of Protocol and Hospitality in Dubai, and Mohammed Saeed Mohammed Al Dhahiri, UAE Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
