
Banha Attorney General Counselor Mo'amen Salman ordered Abdullah Morsi, son of deposed president Mohammad Morsi, and his friend to be referred to the Criminal Court over charges of drug addiction. In statements to MENA on Monday, Counselor Mo'amen said the case was referred to the court after all investigations have been finalized. He said a medical report has proved that cigarettes that were seized with the two defendants are mixed with hashish narcotics. The two defendants were seized while smoking cigarettes mixed with hashish in a car that parked near Qalubiya's district of Obour.
