NA Speaker arrives in Algiers

Speaker of the Kuwait National Assembly Speaker Ali Al-Rashed and his party arrived here Wednesday night on a visit to Algeria. Speaking to KUNA upon his arrival, Al-Rashed said: "During our three-day stay here, we'll hold talks with Speaker of the Algerian People's National Assembly Mohammad Al-Arabi Weld Khalifa on the parliamentary cooperation." The Kuwaiti delegation were welcomed at Houari Boumediene Airport by Weld Khalifa, Vice President of the Council of the Nation (upper house) Ibrahim Butkheil and Kuwait Ambassador to Algeria Saud Al-Dowaish. The Kuwaiti parliamentary delegation started an overseas trip last Wednesday that took them to Armenia and Morocco and will end on Saturday.
