Navigation movement not affected by container fire

Vice admiral Fathi Taha, the head of Port Said port authority, said the fire which broke into the Suez Canal Container Terminal (SCCT) in East Port Said, did not affect the navigation movement at the terminal.
In statements Tuesday, he said the fire was doused but gutted 36 containers of cooking oil and other goods, and four people including a civil protection officer suffered suffocation.
He pointed out that the fire started after Chinese ship "China shipping" broke giant winch no.17 while leaving the wharf.
