Non-Azharites not allowed to give sermons

The Awqaf Ministry will not allow non-Azharites to ascend pulpits, undersecretary Mohamed el-Agami said.
A meeting was held for all imams in the governorate on Friday to lay out an action plan for the coming period, Agami said.
Friday sermons and lessons in the city will focus on the dangers of sexual harassment and that fighting it was a national and moral duty, he said.
