
President of Nour Party Yunis Makhioun prodded Saturday Egyptians not to be dragged by calls aiming at provoking riots and causing chaos during January 25 Revolution anniversary.
In his statement, Makhioun urged people not to take part in the called for January 25 protests.
Egypt is in bad need for calm and stability, which are necessary for encouraging development, and helping the country restore its international, regional, and local status, Makhioun said.
The Salafi politician asserted that such protests could result in much violence and division among the people, which in return could damage investments.
He called on all people for rising above their disputes for the sake of cruising the country into safety at this critical time
