OIC Emphasizes Importance of Unity Member States

Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Prof. Dr. Ekmeleddin ?hsano?lu emphasized here today the importance of striking more unity among member states of OIC at the world arena, pointing out that their strength lies in unity. Ihsanoglu was addressing an annual coordinating session of the foreign ministers of the OIC member states which was held yesterday here, on the sidelines of the UN general assembly 66th session. On the Palestinian question, Prof. Dr. ?hsano?lu asserted the OIC strong support to Palestinian people and their just cause, warning that its repercussions is of a serious threat to international peace and security, as long as Israel insists on ignoring international laws and defies the resolutions of the United Nations and the will of the international community with impunity.
