OIC to hold second ministerial meeting on aggression against Gaza

The Foreign Ministers of the Member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) will hold an extraordinary meeting, on Tuesday, August 12th, 2014.
The meeting will be chaired by Prince Saud Al-Faisal, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Chair of the Forty-First Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the OIC; and attended by the Palestinian Prime Minister Dr. Rami Al-Hamad Allah, and a large number of foreign ministers.
This is the second OIC meeting at the ministerial level, within one month, on the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip.
OIC Secretary General Iyad Ameen Madani, has launched an appeal to the international community to immediately intervene to stop this Israeli aggression. Madani has also urged the OIC Member States to provide urgent humanitarian needs and assistance to the Gaza Strip.
