Palestinian Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah renewed Palestinian Authority's efforts to provide all legal and international support needed for the Palestinian prisoners' issue.
In a press release on the occasion of the Palestinian Prisoners Day that falls today, Hamdallah said "we will take our people's suffering to the farthest spot on earth to end the occupation, set all prisoners free and set up an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital."
"We stand united in solidarity with all prisoners of freedom who are held in Israeli jails," he said.
He urged national Palestinian institutions to make more moves at the international and popular levels to shed more light on the sufferings of the Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails and to get Israel abide by relevant international conventions.
