The Palestinian government urged the world countries to adopt the courageous stance of Sweden that calls for launching an international investigation pertaining to the involvement of the Israeli forces in implementing field executions against the Palestinians.
The Israeli troops executed a Palestinian young man Thursday in eastern Heborn.
In a statement, the Palestinian cabinet said that storming Al Aqsa Mosque by extremist settlers shows that they want to drag the region to a religious war.
The government slammed the arrest campaigns carried out by the Israeli forces against the Palestinians in the West Bank (WB), urging Israel to shoulder the responsibility of the hunger-striking prisoners, especially journalist Mohamed al Qeq whose health condition is unstable.
The cabinet renewed its call to the international community to intervene to save the lives of the prisoners and exercise pressure on Israel to release them.
