Palestinian Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah met senior Lebanese officials on Sunday during his first visit to the neighbouring Arab country since being tasked with heading the Palestinian national unity government in May.
Hamdallah met his Lebanese counterpart, Tammam Salam and parliament speaker Nabih Berri, shortly after attending the funeral of Palestinian businessman, Said Khoury in Beirut, according to local press.
His talks with the Lebanese prime minister and the chief lawmaker - held on separate occasions - discussed developments across Lebanon, the Palestinian territories and the rest of the Arab world, in addition to the affairs of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon.
