Palestinian Presidency Secretary General Al Tayeb Abdel Rahim on Tuesday lauded efforts of Egypt and other Arab countries for ending inter-Palestinian division.
The remark was made in a speech, he read out on behalf of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas at a celebration here marking the Tunisian national quartet's win of Nobel Peace Prize for the year 2015.
"We appreciate efforts of all Arab countries atop of which comes Egypt to put an end to inter-Palestinian chasms", he added.
He expressed hope that these efforts would be maintained until Palestinian disputes would end.
Anybody who would stand against settling the Palestinian issue and setting up the Palestinian State is serving terrorism in the first place, he added.
