Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has received a written message from his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on the latest developments in the region and the peace efforts in the Middle East The message was delivered by the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Presidential Envoy for the Middle East and North Africa Mikhail Bogdanov, during a meeting with Abbas today, in the Jordanian capital Amman.
