Members of the House of Representatives observed Sunday a minute of silence in mourning of the Armed Forces' martyrs who fell during a terrorist attack that targeted north Sinai recently.
During a session, house's Speaker Ali Abdel Aal mourned the victims, noting that a terrorist group killed them while they were protecting the homeland.
He further said "terrorism will not change our creed or path as we are determined to fight terrorism with all means".
Abdel Aal underscored also that the House of Representatives support the Armed Forces to purge north Sinai from the extremists, hailing the Armed Forces efforts and its sacrifices.
The speaker stressed that the homeland is based on the unity of its people, adding that uprooting extremism depends on freezing the sources that fund it which entails promoting cooperation with world countries.
