
The parliamentary committee for Arab Affairs expressed on Sunday support for the Arab and African cooperation axis included in the state policy of Prime Minister Sherif Ismail's government.
The committee, speaking to parliamentary reporters, showed satisfaction over the government program as regards Arab and African affairs, saying it reflected underway efforts to boost relations with Arab and African countries.
But the committee recommended more steps on the road of closing Arab ranks.
As for the file of Ethiopia Dam, Saadawi Deifallah, head of the committee, said it was addressed in a classified way as part of diplomatic norms regulating this kind of issues.
The final report of the committee will be handed over to the parliament later in the day.
