
Minister of Planning and Administrative Reform Ashraf El Araby on Sunday proposed to form working groups at the Egyptian ministries to draw on trainees' experiences, within a government initiative for training cadres and building human capabilities.
The proposal comes within a program launched under the ministry's auspices to grant master's degree in government business administration (MBA).
He also urged studying graduation projects to choose the best of them to support their implementation on the ground within the framework a state administration's development plan.
In a statement, the minister underlined the importance of young government cadres to support the targeted development plans and strategic objectives of the state
