Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab hailed on Sunday ties binding his country and Kuwait.
Speaking to journalists, Mahlab asserted that Egypt's national security is part and parcel of Kuwait and Gulf national security.
The Egyptian premier made such remarks after his meeting with Kuwaiti Parliament speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim and a number of Kuwaiti Parliament members.
Mahalb discussed with Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al Mubarak Al Hamad Al Sabah and Kuwaiti Parliament Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim the recent political and economic issues in Egypt, mainly the issue of terrorism.
Also, they touched on Egypt's political road map and its preparation to hold an economic conference slated to be held in March.
