
Prime Minister Sherif Ismail directed Transport Minister Saad el Giyoushy to prepare a report concerning Al Ayyat accident and to launch an investigation to identify the perpetrators.
In statements on Sunday, Cabinet Spokesman Hossam Qawish said the premier also directed Health Minister Ahmed Emad el Din Radi to follow up the conditions of the injured in various hospitals.
Ismail also directed Social Solidarity Minister Ghada Wali to allocate 10,000 pounds for the family of every killed citizen and 2,000 pounds for the every injured citizen.
Earlier, Health Ministry said six citizens were killed while three others were injured when a train crashed a truck at Al Ayyat city in Giza governorate.
