PM underlines important role of Sinai residents in confronting terrorism

Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab underlined the important role played by Sinai residents in cooperation with the army and police forces to confront black terrorism and defend homeland.

Mahlab made the remark during his visit Monday to Arish along with Health Minister Adel Adawi.

Mahlab and Adawi inspected Arish General Hospital and inquired after the injured of the recent terrorist attacks.

Mahlab also held lengthy talks with citizens, during which he affirmed that President Abdel Fattah El Sisi assigned him to visit Arish and make sure that all the necessary services are provided to them.

The prime minister also visited a consumer cooperative society and a sanitary drainage station.

He also held an expanded meeting with the executive leaderships in Arish.
