Political parties hail Egypt's airstrike against Daesh targets

A host of political and partisan powers hailed the airstrike launched by the Egyptian Armed Forces at dawn against Daesh targets.
They also expressed sadness over the brutal killing of 21 Egyptians in Libya by Daesh terrorist group.
"The airstrike launched by the Armed Forces restored our national dignity and the martyrs' rights, said Sadat Democratic Party chief Effat el-Sadat.
He also hailed fighting terrorism and urged the Egyptian people to support the Armed Forces in confronting terrorism.
Al Wafd Party, for its part, mourned the death of the Egyptian victims, who lost their lives to a number of murderers who have no religion.
Twenty-one Egyptian Christians were kidnapped at the beginning of the year in the city of Sirte on the north coast of Libya. A jihadi website circulated photos in mid-January of kidnapped Egyptians.
A footage, released online yesterday, showed handcuffed hostages wearing orange jumpsuits being beheaded by their black-suited captors on a seashore in Libya.
