
Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of Saint Mark Diocese on Tuesday sent a cable of greetings to Awqaf Minister Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa on the occasion of Eidul Fitr, slated to start on Wednesday.
In his message, the pope voiced his best wishes for all Muslims on the occasion of Eidul Fitr, praying to God that all efforts exerted to elevate our country would bear fruit.
He also called for joining hands to spread the message of love, tolerance and coexistence in all parts of the world.
Furthermore, He sent another cable of greetings to Egypt's Mufti Shawqi Allam greeting him on the occasion.
