President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi met with representative of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to Yemen Saleh Abdul Aziz Al-Qanaeer and Director of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Office in Yemen Saad al-Arifi.
During the meeting, Hadi praised the role played by the GCC's countries in tackling the repercussions of the 2011's crisis based on the GCC-brokered deal.
He also pointed to the current critical situations that Yemen is experiencing.
"Yemen now is facing a new crisis, however, dialogue is the only way to solve this crisis,'' Hadi said.
He added that the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference (NDC) represent an appropriate solution to the country’s crises and to move forward toward a new future on the basis of partnership, justice, equality and good governance.
The President said the presence of GCC’s envoy to Yemen besides the GCC mission in Sana’a reflects the great concern of the GCC countries over Yemen's unity, security and stability.
Al-Qanaeer convoyed greetings of the GCC's leaders along with the GCC Secretary General to President Haid, and reiterated GCC’s continued support for Yemen in this critical situation.
