President Hadi visits Qatar

President Abdo Rabbo Mansour Hadi paid on Tuesday a few-hour visit to Qatar to congratulate Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani on his assumption of the reins of power in Qatar. During talks held at Al Wajbah Palace in the Qatari capital Doha, President Hadi pointed out that Qatar’s positions towards Yemen always contribute to supporting and strengthening its security, stability and unity. For his part, Qatar Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani confirmed his country’s full support for Yemen at various levels, hailing remarkable successes achieved by the comprehensive national dialogue in Yemen. He also pointed out that Qatar will be a supporter of Yemen’s development and stability. In addition, the two Arab leaders discussed means of enhancing and boosting cooperation between the two countries, the latest developments in the region and issues of common concern.
