
Prime Minister Sherif Ismail presided over Wednesday a meeting to probe measures taken to upgrade the small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
The get-together was attended by the ministers of youth and sports, social solidarity, local development, legal affairs and parliament, trade and industry, investment as well as other officials.
During the meeting, the premier said that the government is paying attention to the file of small and medium enterprises as this matter supports the operation of economic development in various fields, adding that it provides job opportunities to the youth.
He further underscored that the Cabinet works on upgrading the SMEs during the coming phase, noting that the State will provide incenteives to the workers in this sector especially in offering land and licenses for it as well as the needed funding to establish such enterprises
