Public sector minister allows youths to hold leading positions
Public Business Sector Minister Ashraf el Sharqawi

Public Business Sector Minister Ashraf el Sharqawi issued a decision on the optimal use of human resources in public sector companies, which will allow qualified youths to take on leading positions.
Under the decision, holding companies and their subsidiaries will be obliged to activate the role of human resources departments and draft plans and programs to train and develop the performance of their employees.
The decision sets rules for new job appointments and contract renewals.
