
The State of Qatar participated in the inauguration ceremony of President Mahamadou Issoufou of the Republic of Niger, which was held today at the Palais des 29 July, in the capital, Niamey, in the presence of a number of heads of state and government and senior officials and dignitaries from around the world.
Qatar was represented by HE Minister of Transport and Communications Jassim bin Saif Al Sulaiti.
HE the Minister of Transport and Communications conveyed greetings of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al -Thani to President Mahamadou Issoufou, and best wishes for the relations between the two countries of further progress and prosperity for the benefit and interest of the two friendly peoples.
For his part, President of the Republic of Niger asked HE the Minister of Transport and Communications to convey his thanks and greetings to HH the Emir for participation of the State of Qatar on this occasion, and best wishes for HH the Emir of good health and relations between the two countries further progress and prosperity.
