Qatari advisory council holds weekly meeting

The Advisory (Shura) Council held on Monday its ordinary weekly meeting of its 41st regular session at the White Palace premises under its Speaker HE Mohammed bin Mubarak al-Khulaifi. At the outset of the meeting, the Advisory Council Secretary-General Fahd bin Mubarak Al Khayareen read the agenda, which was then agreed upon. The Advisory Council then endorsed the minutes of its previous session. The Shura Council also reviewed a draft law amending some provisions of law No. (7) of the year 2007 on the adjudication of administrative disputes and decided to submit it to the Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee for further study. Then the council discussed a report of the Services and Public Utilities Committee on a draft law on social health insurance system and decided to submit its recommendations thereon to the Cabinet.
