Qatar's emir arrives in Riyadh

HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, the current Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) arrived in the Saudi capital Riyadh Tuesday afternoon.

HH the Emir was welcomed upon arrival at King Khalid International Airport by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

HH the Emir was also greeted by Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Mohamed bin Nayef bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, Governor of Riyadh Region Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the GCC Secretary General Dr. Abdullatif Al-Zayani.

A number of Saudi princes, Ministers and and Qatar's Ambassador to the Kingdom Sheikh Abdullah bin Thamir Al-Thani and the embassy staff were as present.
