Qatar's emir issues 2 decrees
The emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani

HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued today the decree No. 18 of 2015, approving the accession to the Istanbul Convention on Temporary Admission and its (A, B.1) annexes which its texts are attached to this decree and shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.
HH the Emir also issued the decree No. 19 of 2015, approving the system of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Commercial Arbitration Center.
The two decrees are effective starting from their date of issuance and shall be published in the official gazette.
