A radical group that is thought to be affiliated with Al-Qaeda has announced the formation of a new Daesh group in the Arabian Peninsula".
In its first online statement, the group threatened the Houthis and Yemeni army, urging Sunnis to stay away from any Houthi gatherings.
Addressing the Houthis, the group said that "Sunni blood is precious," vowing to firmly respond to any attacks on Sunni citizens.
The statement urged the Sunnis to "wake up" and join the jihadists in the face of the Houthis.
Sunnis are strongly advised to stay away from places of gatherings of the Houthis and Yemeni army, the group said. Those places will be targeted by the group, it warned.
