Sami Gemayel deplores Haret Hreik's blast

Kataeb Party MP, Sami Gemayel, on Tuesday fervently deplored the horrid blast which rocked Haret Hreik region of Beirut Southern suburbs earlier this morning."The sole solution would be rescuing Lebanon from the grips of regional conflicts," the lawmaker said in a statement.He also voiced unremitting solidarity with the residents of the targeted region."It is high time the Lebanese enjoyed a break from violence and blood. We want our people to live -- where did those people, who lost their lives today, go wrong? They left their houses and never came back. They're just ordinary Lebanese citizens who have the right to live, but unfortunately we find politicians and political parties in Lebanon getting involved in conflicts that the people are paying for," Gemayel concluded.
